Dear TOSHIBA manager:
I am a TOSHIBA customer form the city of Shenzhen, P.R.China. I am with TOSHIBA products for more than 13 years, it was a two door TOSHIBA fridge bought by my parents when I was young. It is still running very well in my parents’ home. So I purchase a new TOSHIBA fridge (GR-L42FC) for my marriage in our new house, but this time, it is the beginning of my nightmare.
I purchase the fridge and a TOSHIBA washing machine on 3rd of May, and then make an appointment with the dealer to deliver them to my new home on 28th, June, 2009. Due to my personal issue, I start to use the fridge on 9th of July, then I found a problem, the seal of a door is not working well, it let the cool air from inside goes out. Their some water appears in the body of the fridge because of the temperatures different. It is a very small problem, and then I contact the dealer in 10th of July. The service department of TOSHIBA China sends a man to my home to inspect my fridge, and ask me for a hair dryer for repair work. I never use such kind of thing, and then the man shows he could not do anything to my fridge without the hair dryer or a lighter (I didn't smoke), he told me that I could use hair dryer to repair it by myself and then he leaves. I am angry but could not do anything; the man said this is my fault because I did not have an hair dryer. This is the Chinese TOSHIBA engineer's final solution to a customer. I call 4008886666 to TOSHIBA headquarter of China after the man's leave. I want to comfier the man’s speech is right or wrong. The operator lady told me that I could try that as the engineer told me. I cannot accept the result but could not do anything, because this is the official national wide hotline in China。。。。。。。。。 |
