求教htpc的必须性：笔记本播720p都没有问题，干吗要专门的htpc？

手里笔记本不少，连个有DVI接口的都没有，更别提HDMI了...........4000块装台HTPC，同价位没有笔记本可以有相同性能的，没事还可以接电视玩玩游戏

其实HTPC这个名字是刚玩高清时叫出来的,当时的硬件不能和现在的比.以前的本本有个独立显卡就很牛了.现在的本本都是多核加高内存.时代不同了!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

白天用来下片，晚上用来看片，也不怕伤硬盘，现在1T的硬盘也没几个钱。配个差不多的显卡偶尔还能玩个游戏。
笔记本毕竟是为了便携的，虽说能用，但不敢那么用。

现在的笔记本，不要说主流型号，就是入门型号，放1080P也没有问题。如果也需要个本子用，正好兼顾，但如果是专门买来看片用，还是高清机实惠。
