【艺人简介】
        这张片子俗称《两母女》，虽然初看上去会以为是姐儿俩，但实际是由Wynonna Judd和Naomi Judd组成的二人组合。Wynonna Judd原名Christina Ciminella，1964年5月30日出生于美国肯塔基州东北部的Ashland。当时她的母亲Naomi只有18岁，还在高中读书，她那学习化学专业的父亲，立即抛弃了她和母亲。

        不久，母亲Naomi和一个名叫Michael Ciminella的男人组成了新的家庭。1968年，他们举家搬到了洛杉矶，但是在这里她们再次受到挫折，1972年，家庭再次破裂，Wynonna和Naomi只能靠社会福利支撑生活。1976年，她和母亲被迫又回到了肯塔基，在家乡她们的生活依然窘迫，唯一贵重的电器是一台收音机，但是通过收音机，她们可以听到乡村音乐，尽管那是她们唯一的娱乐渠道。不久，Wynonna在收到了一把吉他作为礼物以后，她开始学习演奏它，很快她就可以演艺一些歌曲，并且和她的母亲合作密集和声，组成了一支名叫The Judds的二重唱组合。

　　在Wynonna十几岁的时候，她的歌唱才华越来越受到关注。1979年她的家庭再次搬迁，这次她们的目标是美国乡村音乐的天堂田纳西州的首府Nashville。1983年她和母亲得到了RCA公司的合同，这份合同不久就体现了它的价值。她和母亲的组合很快就成为美国销量最好的乡村二重唱，这一纪录直到后来才被著名的乡村组合Brooks Dunn所打破。在成名后的数年内，Judds母女创造了一支又一支乡村冠军单曲，捧下了一个又一个Grammy奖座（在1984年至1991年这8年中联夺5座最佳乡村组合奖）。但是在1990年，母亲Naomi被查出患有丙型肝炎，在1991年的告别巡演结束以后，母亲正式退休，The Judds也宣告解散。

        这张片子最近常在车里听，它改变了我曾经对“天籁”的看法。以前总觉得不食人间烟火才是天籁，而现在觉得能在堵车的时候让你放松的就是“天籁”
