Greg Buckner enjoyed a stellar performance Sunday, making 10-of-13 from the field, scoring a career-high 28 points and adding nine rebounds in a 110-82 triumph over the Mavericks at the Pepsi Center. Carmelo Anthony collected 21 points and Kenyon Martin had 19 and 10 rebounds for the Nuggets, who took control of the game in the third quarter.

Commissioner David Stern announced historic punishments for the Pacers, suspending Ron Artest for the rest of the season, Stephen Jackson for 30 games and Jermaine O'Neal 25 games for their actions in the melee in Detroit on Friday night. In all, nine players were suspended a total of 143 games.

The Sonics fell behind early and had their nine-game winning streak snapped with a 102-83 loss in Boston on Sunday. Ray Allen led the charge for Seattle with 21 points and six assists and Antonio Daniels scored 16 off the bench.
