HEAT Clinch Series Over Nets
Miami's Dwyane Wade nabbed a crucial steal in the last second to seal a 106-105 home victory over New Jersey on Tuesday. Antoine Walker paced the HEAT with 23 points and seven rebounds, while Wade added 21 and six. Shaquille O'Neal contributed 17 points for Miami, which won four in a row over the Nets to clinch the series 4-1. The HEAT advance to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second straight year to face the winner of the Pistons-Cavaliers series.

Cleveland went back-and-forth with Detroit the entire contest before falling 84-82 at home on Friday. LeBron James totaled 12 of his 32 points in the fourth period, while grabbing 11 rebounds.

Cleveland started strong but struggled in the second half en route to a 79-61 loss at Detroit on Sunday. LeBron James scored 27 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while Larry Hughes added 10 and six. The Cavs finished the season and playoffs with 57 wins

Mavericks Eliminate Spurs in Game 7
Dallas and Dirk Nowitzki are headed to the Western Conference Finals after dethroning the defending champions on Monday with a 119-111 overtime victory at San Antonio. Nowitzki erupted for 37 points and 15 rebounds, while connecting on 15-of-16 from the line. The Mavs leapt out to a 20-point first-half lead, shooting a scorching 70 percent from the floor. Jason Terry returned after a game's absence to post 27 points, shooting 3-of-6 from downtown.

Devin Harris nailed a jumper with 4.8 seconds left to put Dallas up one, but it wasn't enough as the Mavericks dropped a 121-118 home decision to Phoenix in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals. Harris scored a career-high 30 points on 12-for-17 shooting, while Dirk Nowitzki added 25 points and 19 rebounds. Jerry Stackhouse chipped in 16 for the Mavs, who lost Josh Howard in the first half to a sprained ankle.
